Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years of experience in food manufacturing preferred.
• RF scanner experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook required.
• Experience with Oracle, Flexipro/Intellinum preferred.
• Forklift, Reach Truck, and Scissor Lift certification required.
• Proven cycle counting and inventory control experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counts and zone counts using an RF scanner.
• Research discrepancies, locate missing pallets, and process adjustments.
• Research inventory transactions in Oracle to determine movements.
• Document variances and dollar values; distribute results to departments.
• Run reports and system inquiries to monitor inventory integrity.
• Perform special inventory counts as requested.
• Escort auditors and validate inventory during audits.
• Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy and processes.
• Collaborate with production to ensure food safety and quality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
