Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Cycle Counter for 1st shift in the United States. The role focuses on accurate inventory counts to ensure on-time customer orders and clean data across inbound and outbound processes.

The ideal candidate has experience with order picking equipment, RF scanners, and warehouse management systems, and is comfortable performing cycle counts, reworks, and related QC tasks. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

• 1+ year experience operating order picker, reach truck and dock stocker.
• Experience in inventory control including cycle counts and discrepancies.
• Receiving inventory and monitoring inventory levels.

Responsibilities

• Count product accurately for inbound and outbound shipments.
• Verify quantity, quality, labeling, and addressing per customer specs.
• Investigate inventory location problems and discrepancies.
• Research shipping errors and validate product recalls.
• Assist with lift operator tasks as needed across areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The core responsibilities of this role include: Assist with inbound spills. Correct inventory location issues and organize product in designated warehouse locations. Complete Costco reworks according to customer requirements (Reworks). Support special projects as assigned. Backup Responsibilities: Perform daily cycle counts of corrugated products. Perform cycle counts of feedstock to investigate discrepancies on production lines. Reconcile inventory for completed production lines. Make inventory adjustments and correct lot codes or batches as needed, following established procedures. Return overstock from production lines to the main warehouse. Clear damaged stock from production lines. Operate a stand‑up forklift. Unload corrugate trailers as needed. Assist with adding and removing QA holds according to established procedures and authorization requirements. Additional Expectations: Work overtime as needed. Attend team meetings. REQUIRED: A MINIMUM of 1 years' experience operating Order Picker, Reach Truck and Dock Stocker as well as Inventory Control to include: Cycle Count, reporting inventory discrepancies, receiving inventory, monitoring inventory levels.

Shift: 1st Shift, Monday-;Friday, 6:00 AM-;2:30 PM
Pay: $22.50 per hour

Role Purpose :

Responsible for the periodic and accurate counting of inventory to help control errors and will ensure that customer orders are on time and complete

Key Accountabilities :

• Responsible for the accurate checking or counting of all product for both inbound and outbound freight and for ensuring all product is free of damage and infestation and production code dates are properly recorded.
• Ensure the quantity, quality, labeling, and addressing of orders corresponds to customer specifications and/or other requirements.
• Research all inventory location problems (mystery pallets, inventory errors, etc.).
• Research shipping errors and complete validation. Check for product recalls.
• Responsible for any areas (including inbounds, picking, outbounds, etc.) requiring additional lift operator-related task assistance.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience :

• High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred
• 6 months warehousing/material handling experience, preferred
