Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Cycle Counter to join our warehouse team in Waddell, AZ. You will perform periodic, accurate inventory counts to support on-time customer orders and reduce discrepancies, with a shift from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Thursday.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 months warehousing or material handling experience, basic education, and may have MHE experience. We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• 6 months warehousing/material handling experience preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory processes helpful.

Responsibilities

• Count inventory accurately for inbound and outbound stock.
• Verify orders match customer specifications and labeling.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and locate missing items.
• Support lift operator tasks as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Role Purpose

Responsible for the periodic and accurate counting of inventory to help control errors and will ensure that customer orders are on time and complete

Key Accountabilities

• Responsible for the accurate checking or counting of all product for both inbound and outbound freight and for ensuring all product is free of damage and infestation and production code dates are properly recorded.
• Ensure the quantity, quality, labeling, and addressing of orders corresponds to customer specifications and/or other requirements.
• Research all inventory location problems (mystery pallets, inventory errors, etc.).
• Research shipping errors and complete validation. Check for product recalls.
• Responsible for any areas (including inbounds, picking, outbounds, etc.) requiring additional lift operator-related task assistance.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred
• 6 months warehousing/material handling experience, preferred
