Cooper Standard Automotive in Michigan is seeking a detail-oriented Cycle Counter to support inventory accuracy and material control on the manufacturing floor. The role performs cycle counts, investigates discrepancies, maintains records, and supports material flow to keep production running smoothly.
Temp-to-hire with conversion to permanent after 4–6 months; wage increases to $20.28/hour on conversion and up to $22.78/hour within ~18 months.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Cycle Counter to support inventory accuracy and material control within our manufacturing operation. This role is responsible for performing cycle counts, investigating inventory discrepancies, maintaining inventory records, and supporting material flow activities to help ensure uninterrupted production.
This position begins as a contingent assignment through one of our staffing partners. Employees with strong performance and attendance are typically considered for permanent employment after approximately 4-6 months, based on business needs.
