Job summary

Bwise-Manufacturin is seeking a Warehouse Cycle Counter to monitor inventory and perform cycle counts to ensure accuracy reflecting ERP records. You will observe safety standards and work with purchasing, shipping, receiving, and production teams.

Responsibilities include establishing ABC-based count schedules, conducting daily counts of finished goods and raw materials, tracking results, leading root-cause analysis for variances, auditing deliveries, and supporting monthly inventory audits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least six months of relevant warehouse experience.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to read, write, count and communicate by various channels.

• Collaborate with purchasing, shipping/receiving, and production teams to resolve shortages, inaccurate counts, and discrepancies.

Job OverviewA successful Warehouse Cycle Counter is responsible for monitoring warehouse inventory and performing cycle counting duties to ensure that all materials are properly verified and are reflective of reported inventory. The Cycle Counter will maintain inventory accuracy through proper counting, processing of material reports and transfers.Job ResponsibilitiesActively observe and promote ATW safety standardsWork directly with the purchasing team, shipping and receiving team, and production team to resolve inventory shortages, inaccurate counts, theft, defects.Establish a cycle count schedule using and ABC classification, determine inventory grouping, and a count frequency.Conduct daily cycle counts of finished goods and raw materials.Track all counts and review results daily with supervisor.Maintain a detailed record for all inventory count activities.Lead and perform root-cause analysis when count variances are identified.Identify and correct inventory issues and discrepancies.Audit supplier deliveries, and the overall receiving process.Assist during monthly inventory audits.Other duties, as assigned by supervisor.Physical Demands & Work EnvironmentMust be capable of standing for entire shift and sit for extended periods of time.Able to lift-up to 50 lbs.; ability to demonstrate full range of motion for reaching, bending, kneeling, and stooping.Will be exposed to extreme heat and cold depending on weather.Subject to dirt, dust, oil, welding fumes, traffic hazards, and high noise levels in the workplacePPE RequirementsSteel-toed shoes or composite shoesSafety glassesEarplugsGloves when handling any materialQualifications and SkillsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Must be able to read, write, count, communicate by various channels.Minimum six-month job experience.Forklift experience.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.Extremely organized with relentless attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
