Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. is seeking a Cycle Counter to support inventory accuracy and process improvements at our Augusta facility. This role requires counting, reporting, and collaboration with team leaders to meet cycle count goals and drive corrective actions where needed.

Qualified candidates will have a High School diploma or GED and 0-2 years in warehousing or cycle counting, with experience in SAP and Microsoft Office. This on-site position emphasizes safety and policy adherence.

Formación

• 0-2 years of experience in warehousing and/or cycle count.
• Software knowledge: SAP and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Complete timely and accurate inventory counts.
• Assist in meeting all goals related to cycle counts and assist in developing corrective actions when goals are not met.
• Communicate with Team Leaders and Managers on an ongoing basis to ensure understanding of inventory levels.
• Initiate continuous improvement projects related to cycle counts based on completed Root Cause Analysis reports.
• Understand and initiate compliance with all established company policies.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
