Job summary

Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of golf cars, utility and personal transportation vehicles, pro turf-care equipment, and ground support equipment.

This role supports accurate inventory control and continuous improvement in cycle counts at the Augusta facility. The candidate will perform counts, assist in corrective actions, and maintain safe, organized operations while collaborating with Team Leaders and Managers to ensure inventory accuracy and policy

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 0-2 years of experience in warehousing and/or cycle counts.
• Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.

Responsibilities

• Complete timely and accurate inventory counts.
• Assist in meeting cycle count goals and help develop corrective actions.
• Communicate with Team Leaders and Managers to ensure understanding of inventory levels.
• Initiate continuous improvement projects related to cycle counts based on Root Cause Analysis.
• Ensure compliance with company policies.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Complete timely and accurate inventory counts.
• Assist in meeting all goals related to cycle counts and assist in developing corrective actions when goals are not met.
• Communicate with Team Leaders and Managers on an ongoing basis to ensure understanding of inventory levels.
• Initiate continuous improvement projects related to cycle counts based on completed Root Cause Analysis reports.
• Understand and initiate compliance with all established company policies.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required
• Years of Experience: 0-2 years of experience in warehousing and/or cycle count
• Software knowledge: SAP, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
