Job summary

Siemens Mobility is seeking a Cycle Count Team Lead for our Wendell, NC facility. The role is to manage the Cycle Count Team, ensuring inventory accuracy through counts, reporting, and adjustments while supporting Warehouse, Production, Engineering and Customer Service in locating and transferring materials.

The hourly rate is $24.79. Applicants must have 5+ years in warehouse/inventory control, forklift experience, and SAP/Electronica proficiency; basic English required and work authorization

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a warehouse environment with inventory control processes.
• 3+ years of forklift operation experience.
• Experience with SAP system, RF Scanner devices and MS Office applications.
• Able to lift parts or sub-assemblies weighing up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Basic English proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and direct quarterly cycle counts on-time and within inventory guidelines.
• Operate tools and equipment common to material handling (sit-down/stand-up trucks).
• Communicate with buyers, planners, and production areas to resolve inventory issues.
• Utilizes SAP & Electronica to look up parts and conduct cycle counts.
• Enforce 5S, 7 Wastes and other lean principles in the team/area.
• Know Siemens part numbers, SAP locations, and key areas.
