Job summary

Siemens is seeking a Cycle Count Team Lead for our Wendell, NC facility. The role supervises the Cycle Count Team to maintain inventory accuracy and supports Warehouse, Production, Engineering, and Customer Service in locating materials. Shift is 6:00 am - 2:30 pm with an hourly rate of $24.79.

Qualified candidates have 5+ years in warehouse inventory control, 3+ years forklift operation, and proficiency with SAP and MS Office. This is a fully on-site position at the Wendell site.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a warehouse environment with inventory control processes.
• 3+ years of forklift operation experience.
• Basic English proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking.
• Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead quarterly cycle counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Direct tools and equipment used in material handling including forklifts.
• Coordinate with buyers, planners, and production to resolve inventory issues.
• Utilize SAP and Electronica to look up parts and perform cycle counts.
