Job summary

C&S Wholesale Services, LLC is seeking an Inventory Control and Quality Assurance Specialist for the Miami, FL area. The role focuses on cycle counting, validating product dating, auditing inbound receiving, and coordinating actions for obsolete or at‑risk inventory to maintain accurate stock levels.

You will work with warehouse teams to resolve variances, manage transfers, and ensure procedures meet quality standards.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years related inventory experience
• HS diploma or GED
• Experience with inventory management systems and software preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate cycle counts of inventory locations and update the system
• Research and process problem pallets and unlocated inventory
• Validate dating of products and update records
• Daily inbound receiving audits and root cause analyses of variances
• Respond to buyer requests for item checks and internal transfers
• Coordinate handling of obsolete and at‑risk inventory
• Research and resolve inventory variances
