Job summary

Triumph Engine Control Systems in West Hartford, CT, is seeking an Inventory Control Associate to support daily cycle counts, data entry, and inventory reconciliation in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will work with Production, Finance and Supply Chain teams, maintain accurate records in the JD Edwards ERP, and help ensure material availability while following safety policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior inventory/warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Basic computer/data-entry skills.
• Familiarity with MRP/ERP systems (JD Edwards preferred, training provided).
• Familiarity with Kardex Vertical Lift Modules (VLM) preferred, training provided.

Responsibilities

• Daily inventory counting and reconciliation including cycle counts.
• Data entry of counts, adjustments, and notes in the MRP system (JD Edwards).
• Maintain organized storage areas and assist with locating materials.
• Follow safety policies and procedures and support compliant material handling.
