Job summary

PS Seasoning is seeking an Inventory Support Specialist for 1st and 2nd shifts in Iron Ridge, Wisconsin. The role requires high organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities include daily cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, root cause analyses, and training teammates on inventory control practices while ensuring GMP, HACCP, and safety standards are followed. Strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of cycle-count, warehousing, or material handling experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• General computer literacy, including comfort with inventory systems and data entry.
• Strong mathematical and analytical capability.
• Forklift Certification Preferred (required to obtain certification if hired)
• Ability to lift 50lb on an occasional basis.
• Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills.
• Self-motivated and goal driven with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counts and scheduled inventory audits
• Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies by assessing variances from system records
• Conduct root cause analyses to prevent recurring issues
• Provide guidance and training to team members on proper inventory control practices and procedures
• Ensure compliance with GMP, personal hygiene standards, HACCP, and all applicable quality and safety regulations
• Complete ad hoc inventory-related tasks as assigned
