Job summary

ODW Logistics is a people-focused 3PL in Jackson, TN seeking an Inventory Specialist to perform daily cycle counts and manage RMA inbounds and hold areas on the warehouse floor. You will help maintain inventory accuracy, follow SOPs, and work within a safety-driven environment.

Operate forklifts and RF scanners, keep equipment in good condition, and support a team to meet client expectations. EOE.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with operational equipment (RF scanners, WMS) preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools preferred.
• Ability to follow directions.
• Work well in teams and strong attention to detail.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Accurately count and perform basic math functions.

Responsibilities

• Protect the accuracy, integrity and salability of inventory and adhere to SOPs to meet cycle count accuracy.
• Perform daily Cycle Counts and Count Requests, and manage RMA, Inbound and Hold Areas.
• Safely operate power equipment (forklift, standup, walkie-rider) and utilize RF equipment as required.
• Maintain equipment and materials in a clean and orderly manner.
• Inspect equipment and report issues to maintenance.
• Comply with OSHA and company safety policies and procedures.
• All other duties as assigned.
