Job summary

National DCP, LLC is hiring an Inventory Control Specialist for our Twinsburg, Ohio distribution center. This full-time role covers cycle counts, accuracy reporting, and collaboration with operations to ensure compliant procedures and optimal productivity.

The position requires a degree preference and inventory/ERP experience; forklift and RF gun familiarity are a plus. Training is day shift with occasional weekends and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in inventory/materials role preferred.
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management and ERP Systems (Manhattan TLM/WM, SAP) preferred.
• Basic computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle count activities in accordance with NDCP procedures.
• Identify and correct inventory discrepancies at location level.
• Prepare reports using Manhattan, SAP, and Excel; present findings to Management.
• Collaborate with teams to implement process improvements for accuracy and productivity.
• Handle daily returns, damages, and overages; rotate code-dated product.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and recommend inventory systems hardware (RF scanners, handhelds).
• Move pallets with forklift or powered jacks.
• Participate on project teams as needed.
