Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Cycle Count specialist for the 1st shift at our Arden, NC location. The role involves performing daily cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and addressing discrepancies identified via work area eAndons.

You will reconcile variances, update count worksheets, and determine root causes. Strong MS Office and Excel skills, plus familiarity with BOMs and parts drawings, are preferred. This is a fast-paced position requiring attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited school.

Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.What you’ll do:The cycle counter role will perform daily cycle counts to ensure the accuracy of our inventory and respond to individual part eAndons we receive from the work area as requested through Ignition.In this function you will:• Perform cycle counts on components and reconcile variances across locations• Maintain files and records for inventory count results.• Determine root causes of variances and negative on hands• Update cycle count worksheet to report what was audited and any variances discovered• Adhere to all PPE and 5S requirements of the role and areaQualifications:Required (Basic) Qualifications:• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited school• Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
