Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER PCS division is seeking a Picker/Packer for 1st shift in Ellisville, MO. The hourly rate is $18.77 per hour, with salaries based on skills and qualifications.

Responsibilities include receiving, put-away, picking, and labeling finished goods using AutoStore and interfacing with automated equipment. Safety and 5-S practices are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required from an accredited institution.
• No relocation benefit is offered for this position. Only candidates residing within the immediate area of Ellisville (50 miles) will be considered.
• A minimum of one (1) year computer experience.
• Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.

• Climb ladders, use barcode scanners, touchscreen, and keyboards on computers to complete inventory transactions.
• Special labeling, and palletizing finished goods for transport.
• Perform dunnage operations as needed.
• Receive and put away incoming product.
• Stage cardboard boxes.
• Perform pallet-jack operations.
• Responsible for quality of own work and waste/material management per regulatory requirements.
• Keep work area clean and orderly per Eaton’s 5-S procedures and safety protocols.
• Work in a team-based environment to meet Bussmann business objectives.

• High School diploma or GED required from an accredited institution.
