Chuze Fitness is seeking energetic fitness professionals to lead diverse exercise classes and create exceptional member experiences. You will join a team focused on hospitality, community, and kindness, delivering engaging sessions and maintaining high standards of presentation and safety.

You’ll complete onboarding, stay current with certifications, and participate in ongoing education while benefiting from employee perks and growth opportunities at Chuze Fitness.

Qualifications

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and build rapport with others.
• Organized self-starter with effective problem-solving and multitasking skills.
• Ability to operate basic Audio/Visual equipment.
• Excellent team-based communication with the capacity to receive and deliver feedback.
• Ability to motivate a large group while providing cueing to all fitness levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-energy fitness classes and engage members with a strong sense of community.
• Deliver classes per Chuze guidelines with prepared equipment and music.
• Complete onboarding and training materials before teaching live sessions.
• Maintain gym cleanliness and presentation during and after sessions.
• Utilize feedback from Fitness Manager for ongoing development.
• Engage in ongoing fitness education and maintain credentials.
• Collaborate with staff to meet member and facility needs.
• Attend department meetings and promotional events.
