Job summary

Globalchannelmanagement is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist (Cycle Account Representative) to manage AR activities for our network of franchisees, subleased doctors, corporate safety plans, and retail locations. You will be a primary financial contact for our business partners to ensure timely collection and accurate application of payments in a fast-paced, B2B environment.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, 2+ years of high-volume AR experience,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 2+ years of high-volume accounts receivable experience (B2B or corporate preferred).
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data management).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with professional handling of billing disputes.

Responsibilities

• B2B Billing & Collections: Partner with franchisees, subleased doctors, and corporate clients to collect AR.
• Cash Application: Ensure incoming cash receipts are applied promptly and accurately.
• Dispute Resolution: Investigate, research, and resolve account discrepancies or inquiries.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare schedules, aging reports, and data audits for management and year-end audits.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and strengthen internal controls.
