Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; additional 4 years of job-related military training may substitute for education.
• Must possess a Training Development Certification.
• Must possess an active TS/SCI with Poly for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver classroom-based training on technical subject matter.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and ensure objectives are met.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate training events and exercises.
• Prepare training plans, schedules, and reports to meet mission needs.
• Identify, track, and resolve issues impacting training.
• Lead the design and development of training materials and products.
• Conduct research to develop and revise training courses.
• Prepare instructor and student materials including manuals and certificates.
• Train personnel through formal classroom courses, workshops, and seminars.
