Responsabilidades

• Develop and deliver classroom-based training on technical subject matter.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and ensure objectives are met.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate training events and exercises.
• Prepare training plans, schedules, and reports to meet mission needs.
• Identify, track, and resolve issues impacting training.
• Lead the design and development of training materials and products.
• Conduct research to develop and revise training courses.
• Prepare instructor and student materials including manuals and certificates.
• Train personnel through formal classroom courses, workshops, and seminars.

Mission Technologies, a division of HII, is hiring a Cyberspace Training Specialist to support full-spectrum cyber operations at Fort Meade, MD.

As a Cyberspace Training Specialist you will be responsible for educating and training organizational teammates about cyberspace. Your experience will be invaluable in assisting in planning, developing, and evaluating training programs. Utilizing your experience you will conduct needs based assessments and devise training programs to minimize any training deficiences. As a critical asset, you will be instrumental in ensuring the readiness of the organization.

An active TS/SCI Clearance with Poly is required for consideration.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (Additional four (4) years of job-related military performing training experience may be substituted for education requirement)
• Must possess a Training Development Certification
• Must possess an active TS/SCI with Poly for consideration

Preferred Requirements

Minimum of three (3) years of experience in providing classroom-based training including:

• Developing and providing technical and end-user training on technical subject matter.
• Evaluating training and assessing the effectiveness of training to ensure training meets objectives and standards.
• Planning and scheduling training and exercise events and observation activities.
• Preparing and coordinating training plans, schedules, and reports to meet mission needs.
• Identifying, tracking, and resolving issues impacting training.
• Leading the design and development of operational training instructions, materials, and products.
• Conducting the research necessary to develop and revise training courses.
• Preparing instructor materials (course outline, background material, and training aids) as well as student materials (course manuals, workbooks, handouts, completion certificates, and course critique forms).
• Training personnel by conducting formal classroom courses, workshops and seminars.
