Mission Technologies, a division of HII, seeks a Cyberspace Training Specialist II to support full‑spectrum cyber operations at Fort Meade, MD. You will educate teammates about cyberspace, plan, develop, and evaluate training programs, and perform needs‑based assessments to improve readiness.

An active TS/SCI with Poly is required. Minimum five years in training development, a Bachelor's degree, and an Instructional Design certification are expected.

Job Description

Mission Technologies, a division of HII, is hiring a Cyberspace Training Specialist II to support full-spectrum cyber operations at Fort Meade, MD.

As a Cyberspace Training Specialist II you will be responsible for educating and training organizational teammates about cyberspace. Your experience will be invaluable in assisting in planning, developing, and evaluating training programs. Utilizing your experience you will conduct needs based assessments and devise training programs to minimize any training deficiences. As a critical asset, you will be instrumental in ensuring the readiness of the organization.

An active TS/SCI Clearance with Poly is required for consideration.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum of five (5) years of experience in training development

• Bachelor’s Degree (Additional four (4) years of job-related military performing training experience may be substituted for education requirement).
• Instructional Design Certification
