ARSIEM Corporation is seeking a Cybersecurity Instructor to deliver Cyberspace Operations training to Department of Defense personnel in Pensacola, Florida. The role supports a government client and requires experience in CO, adult learning, and DoD-style instruction.

Responsibilities include developing curriculum, delivering lectures and labs, assessing student performance, and enhancing training materials. A TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph is required; US citizenship is mandatory.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and two years of Cyberspace Operations experience, or four years of CO experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience delivering training to DoD personnel and adult learners.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver Cyberspace Operations training for DoD personnel.
• Develop CO training curriculum and instructor guides.
• Provide classroom instruction and lab/exercise delivery for up to 20 students per class.
• Assess student proficiency and adjust instruction accordingly.
• Deliver content via synchronous and asynchronous learning methods.
• Review training materials and suggest improvements.
