Job summary

ARSIEM Corporation is looking for a Cybersecurity Instructor in Pensacola, Florida, to deliver Cyberspace Operations training to Department of Defense personnel. This role involves performing duties as a CO Instructor and developing curriculum based on technical training and assessment of students.

The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree and experience in Cyberspace Operations. A US Military instructor certification and an active TS/SCI clearance are desirable for this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus two years of experience in Cyberspace Operations.
• Experience in Defensive and Offensive Cyberspace Operations.
• In lieu of a degree, four years of CO experience.
• US Military instructor certification is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of personal area network protocols and associated security measures.
• Familiarity with analysis tools such as Aircrack-ng and Wireshark.

Cybersecurity Instructor

Position to deliver Cyberspace Operations (CO) training to Department of Defense personnel in Pensacola, Florida.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties as CO Instructor for Wireless Technologies by delivering highly technical training in a military training environment consisting of lectures, labs, exercises and other delivery methods.
• Assist with developing CO training curriculum (lecture content, student/instructor guides, exams, exercises, simulations, etc.).
• Provide classroom instruction that teaches assigned students in the manner described in the course Program of Instruction.
• Conduct practical exercises in a laboratory environment, conduct student study hall periods, and provide tutoring/remedial instruction for up to twenty students per class.
• Incorporate/impart technical knowledge into training delivery.
• Assess student knowledge, skills, and abilities to gauge proficiency in the topic area.
• Deliver instruction via interactive synchronous and asynchronous learning activities.
• Review and analyze training materials and recommend changes.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus two (2) years of experience in Cyberspace Operations (CO).
• Experience in CO is defined as experience in Defensive Cyberspace Operations (DCO), and/or Offensive Cyberspace Operations (OCO).
• In lieu of a degree, four (4) years of experience in Cyberspace Operations (CO).
• Experience in adult learning with an emphasis on providing instruction to large classes.
• US Military instructor certification or designation is highly desirable (e.g., teaching certificate, certified professional instructor, master training specialist, adjunct faculty certification).
• IEEE 802.11 networking fundamentals.
• Security protocols associated with 802.11: WEP, WPA/WPA2, EAP, 802.1X.
• Personal Area Network protocols: Bluetooth, Zigbee; Cellular technologies and infrastructure: GSM, CDMA, WiMAX, LTE, Radio Frequency theory, propagation, and modulation.
• Analysis tools: Aircrack-ng suite, Wireshark (including use of Wireshark filters).
• Certified Wireless Technology Specialist (CWTS), Certified Wireless Network Associate (CWNA), or GIAC Assessing and Auditing Wireless Networks (GAWN) is desired.
• DoDD 8140.01/DoD 8570.01-M Level II certifications are desired but not required.

Clearance Requirement: Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph. US citizenship required.
