Job summary

ARSIEM Corporation seeks a Cyberspace Operations Instructor to deliver advanced training in Target Research/SIGINT Analysis for a government client in Pensacola, FL. You will teach through lectures, labs, and exercises and help develop course materials for CO operations.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree with CO experience, DoD-level certifications (preferred), DNI/DNR analysis expertise, and US Citizenship with TS/SCI eligibility. Strong instructional and leadership skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree plus two years of Cyberspace Operations experience; or four years in CO in lieu of a degree.
• Experience in Defensive Cyberspace Operations (DCO) or Offensive Cyberspace Operations (OCO).
• US Military instructor certification or designation is highly desirable.
• Target analysis, mapping and target templating (Advanced Level).
• Current SIGINT databases experience.
• Knowledge of encoding/decoding and Steganography (Advanced Level).
• 5+ years of DNI/DNR analyst experience (TOPI/R&T).
• Network+ or CCNA desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Cyberspace Operations training in lectures, labs, exercises and other formats.
• Develop CO training curriculum, including lecture content, guides, exams, and simulations.
• Provide instruction to students as per course Program of Instruction.
• Conduct labs, study halls, and tutoring for up to twenty students per class.
