Job summary

Terrestris, LLC in New Orleans seeks a Cyberspace Operations Specialist to support the MARFORSOUTH G3/9 Operation Support contract. This is a full-time, on-site role, 0730–1630, Monday to Friday, with travel up to 40 days per year.

You will provide cyberspace operations expertise for planning, integration, risk assessment, and coordination with MARFORSOUTH G-6, USMC cyberspace units, and USSOUTHCOM to deliver effective mission outcomes. Applicants must be a U.S.

Qualifications

• Current Top Secret clearance with CI polygraph.
• U.S. Citizenship.
• Minimum five (5) years in cyberspace operations, with at least three (3) years in planning/integration.
• Experience with Offensive and Defensive Cyberspace Operations at operational/strategic level.
• Proficiency with security tools: Cobalt Strike, Metasploit, Burp Suite, Nmap.
• Knowledge of policies and legal authorities governing cyberspace operations.
• Ability to communicate complex vulnerabilities to non-technical staff and leadership.
• Industry certifications such as Security+ or GIAC GCTI are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide cyberspace operations SME to MARFORSOUTH G-39 on planning, integration, and synchronization of capabilities.
• Draft plans, annexes, appendices, and orders for full-spectrum cyberspace operations.
• Analyze requirements and identify opportunities to integrate cyber capabilities.
• Incorporate cyber threat intelligence into risk assessments and COA development.
• Review cyberspace operations plans for compliance with DoD, DON, and USMC policies and guidance.
• Develop assessments on operational risks and potential collateral effects.
• Interface with MARFORSOUTH G-6 and other theater cyber entities to coordinate plans.
• Travel up to 40 days per year to OCONUS locations within USSOUTHCOM AOR or Caribbean.
