Job summary

Terrestris is seeking a Cyberspace Operations Specialist to support MARFORSOUTH G3/9. This on-site role at MARFORSOUTH Headquarters in New Orleans requires deep expertise in planning, integration, and risk assessment of cyberspace capabilities.

You will draft plans, coordinate with MARFORSOUTH and USMC cyber units, and travel up to 40 days/year to CONUS/Caribbean locations, while ensuring compliance with DoW, DON and USMC policies. U.S. Citizenship and Top Secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of cyberspace operations experience with at least three years in planning and integration at operational/strategic level.

Responsibilities

• Provide cyberspace operations SME to MARFORSOUTH G-39 on planning, integration, and synchronization of cyberspace capabilities.
• Draft plans, annexes, appendices, and orders for full-spectrum cyberspace operations in support of operations and exercises.
• Analyze operational requirements and identify opportunities to integrate cyberspace capabilities to support the commander.
• Incorporate cyber threat intelligence into planning to inform risk assessments and COAs.
• Review cyberspace operations plans for compliance with DoW, DON, and USMC policies and authorities.
• Develop assessments on operational risks and collateral effects of planned cyberspace operations.
• Coordinate with MARFORSOUTH G-6, USMCCyberspace Ops units, USSOUTHCOM, and other theater cyber entities.
• Travel up to 40 days/year to CONUS locations in the SOUTHCOM AOR or Caribbean.
• Support MARFORSOUTH planning teams and conferences with recommendations and information gathering.
