MILVETS Systems Technology, Inc. invites a mid-to-senior level Cyber Operations Specialist to join on-site at MARFORSOUTH Headquarters, New Orleans, LA, with CONUS/OCONUS travel. The role requires TS/SCI clearance and CI polygraph, U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in cyberspace operations, with at least 3 years focused on planning and integration of cyberspace capabilities, both offensive and defensive, at the operational or strategic level.
• Experience with Offensive Cyberspace Operations (OCO) and Defensive Cyberspace Operations (DCO), cyberspace targeting, and adversary TTP emulation.
• Proficiency with industry-standard offensive security tools and frameworks, such as Cobalt Strike, Metasploit, Burp Suite, and Nmap.
• Understanding of policies and legal authorities governing cyberspace operations and ability to communicate complex cyber concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Preferred certifications include CompTIA Security+, CompTIA CySA+, GIAC GCTI or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Plan and integrate offensive and defensive cyberspace capabilities at operational/strategic levels.
• Support OCO and DCO planning and integration activities.
• Conduct and support cyberspace targeting, analyze adversary TTPs, and assist in emulation efforts.
• Support vulnerability identification, analysis, and exploitation activities.
• Apply cybersecurity tools and frameworks to authorized operational requirements.
• Develop clear technical assessments, briefings, and products for mission stakeholders.
