As an information security specialist, you will lead security solution implementations for clients, supporting their efforts to protect their business. You will be part of an international team of specialists addressing complex security challenges and enhancing business resilience, utilizing advanced security tools to combat cybercrime.

Your key responsibilities

• Research and discover new vulnerabilities, participate in top security conferences, and share knowledge through various channels such as white papers and blogs.
• Assist in delivering comprehensive vulnerability management services and develop EY’s vulnerability management offerings.

Skills and attributes for success

• Build rapport and develop relationships to provide advice and support, ensuring quality client service.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Stay updated on industry trends relevant to cybersecurity and client needs.
• Evaluate and tailor vulnerability management programs and solutions for clients.
• Perform vulnerability assessments and identify control weaknesses.
• Familiarity with standards like ISO 27001-2, PCI DSS, NIST, and tools such as Qualys, Rapid7, Tenable, among others.
• Experience with vulnerability management scanning and prioritization tools, patch management, and security concepts.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage cybersecurity projects effectively.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 4+ years of experience, or a master’s degree with 3+ years.
• Hands-on experience with vulnerability management tools and understanding of operating systems, cloud concepts, and networking fundamentals.
• Ability to analyze vulnerabilities, report issues clearly, and communicate effectively with technical and leadership teams.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally; valid driver’s license and passport required.

Preferred qualifications

• Prior consulting experience, OT environment experience, cybersecurity certifications like CISSP, and expertise in penetration testing, application security, scripting, and regulatory compliance.
