Job summary

Continental ищет специалиста по обучению кибербезопасности для поддержки развёртывания, обслуживания и постоянного совершенствования программ обучения в нашем отделе кибербезопасности. Ваша роль включает координацию обучающих программ, поддержку контента и платформ, обеспечение высокого качества доставки и вовлечённости сотрудников.

Требуется не менее 5 лет опыта в соответствующей сфере, владение английским на уровне не ниже B2 и способность работать в многонациональной среде.

Qualifications

• Требуется не менее 5 лет соответствующего опыта, предпочтительно в кибербезопасности.
• Хорошее понимание принципов кибербезопасности и требований комплаенса.
• Знание английского языка не ниже B2.
• Сертификации в области обучения и развития или LMS приветствуются.
• Необходимы внимательность к деталям и умение работать по структуре и процессам.
• Умение эффективно взаимодействовать с различными заинтересованными сторонами и командами.

Responsibilities

• Координировать и управлять программами осведомленности о кибербезопасности для сотрудников по всему миру.
• Организовывать развёртывание, планирование и учёт обязательных кампаний по обучению кибербезопасности.
• Поддерживать и обновлять обучающие материалы, контент и обучающие платформы.
• Оказывать поддержку кампаниям по phishing-тестированию: планирование, выполнение, контроль качества, коммуникации с пользователями.
• Следить за охватом обучения и формировать отчёты в соответствии с требованиями.
• Сотрудничать с HR, IT, коммуникациями и бизнес-заинтересованными сторонами для поддержки обучающих инициатив.
• Обеспечивать качество, согласованность и точность обучающих материалов и материалов.
• Координировать переводы и локализацию глобальных кампаний по осведомлённости.
• Участвовать в организации мероприятий, вебинаров и кампаний по осведомлённости.
• Контролировать обратную связь по программам осведомлённости и находить возможности для постоянного улучшения.

We are looking for a dedicated Cybersecurity Training Specialist to support the deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement of cybersecurity awareness and training activities in our Cybersecurity Department. The role focuses on coordinating training programs, maintaining learning content and platforms, ensuring high-quality delivery, and supporting employee engagement initiatives that strengthen cybersecurity culture.

• Coordinate and manage cybersecurity awareness and training programs for employees worldwide.
• Manage the deployment, scheduling, and tracking of mandatory cybersecurity training campaigns.
• Maintain and update awareness content, learning materials, communication assets and training platforms.
• Support phishing simulation campaigns, including planning, execution, quality checks, and user communications.
• Monitor training completion rates and support reporting activities to ensure compliance with organizational requirements.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Communications and business stakeholders to support training and awareness initiatives.
• Ensure the quality, consistency, and accuracy of training materials and learning assets.
• Coordinate translations and localization activities for global awareness campaigns.
• Support employee engagement activities, events, webinars, and awareness campaigns.
• Monitor awareness program feedback and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Требования

• Academic degree in information technology, psychology or similar qualification
• At least 5 years of relevant experience (preferably including cybersecurity).
• Good understanding of Cybersecurity principles and compliance requirements.
• English language skills - min. B2.
• Certifications (Preferred but Not Required) SANS Security Awareness Professional (SSAP) or equivalent Security+ Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM) Learning & Development or instructional design certifications.
• Exceptional attention to detail and quality orientation.
• Strong planning, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a structured and process-oriented manner.
