Continental seeks a Regional Senior Cybersecurity Coordinator to drive the implementation of global cybersecurity standards across the region and ensure alignment with local practices. The Regional Senior Cybersecurity Coordinator supports the implementation and continuous improvement of global cybersecurity standards, policies, and operational practices across the region. Acting as the coordinating interface between the global and local cybersecurity organizations. This person works closely with the central cybersecurity teams and is an integral part of the global cybersecurity team. This role secures alignment with the company’s cybersecurity strategy, supports security initiatives, and helps maintain a strong security posture throughout the region
This position requires a blend of technical cybersecurity understanding, awareness of regulations, strong process and documentation skills, and solid project coordination capabilities to ensure successful execution of regional cybersecurity activities. This role requires excellent communication skills, including the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, non-technical language for business stakeholders, as well as the ability to guide discussions efficiently and gain consensus.
