Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in IT or related field; cybersecurity certifications preferred.

• Strong background in cybersecurity processes, IT infrastructure, and risk management.
• Experience in multinational environments and willingness to travel internationally.
• Advanced knowledge of governance, compliance, and security standards.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical topics into business language.
• Experience with project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Business fluent English.
• Leadership ability to perform in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate regional cybersecurity activities and projects, aligning with global strategies, standards, and roadmaps.
• Support implementation and monitoring of cybersecurity policies, standards, and regulatory requirements; contribute to audits and remediation.
• Act as Regional IT Emergency Lead, maintaining DR plans and related documentation.
• Track and support vulnerability remediation and cybersecurity risk management; coordinate incident response.
• Facilitate alignment between global and local cybersecurity teams; translate requirements into regional solutions.
• Support cybersecurity awareness programs and training initiatives across the region.
• Contribute to cybersecurity reporting and provide insights for cost transparency.

We are looking for a Senior Regional IT Cybersecurity Coordinator to join our EMEA IT team. In this role, you will act as a strategic bridge between global cybersecurity standards and regional operations, ensuring effective governance, risk management, and security practices across all Tires locations in the region. You will collaborate closely with local IT teams, central competence centers, and business stakeholders to maintain a strong and resilient cybersecurity posture.

• Lead and coordinate regional cybersecurity activities and projects, ensuring alignment with global strategies, standards, and roadmaps.
• Support the implementation and monitoring of cybersecurity policies, standards, and regulatory requirements; contribute to audits and ensure remediation of findings.
• Act as Regional IT Emergency Lead, maintaining and testing emergency processes, disaster recovery plans, and related documentation.
• Track and support vulnerability remediation and cybersecurity risk management activities; contribute to incident response coordination.
• Facilitate alignment between global and local cybersecurity teams, translating requirements into actionable regional solutions and ensuring business integration.
• Support execution of cybersecurity awareness programs and training initiatives across the region.
• Contribute to cybersecurity reporting (KPIs, risk, compliance) and track implementation progress of initiatives; provide insights for continuous improvement and cost transparency.
