Peloton Interactive, Inc. is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive cross‑functional cybersecurity programs across our enterprise technology landscape.

You will turn ambiguous goals into clear plans, lead collaborators across security, engineering, and business teams, and own outcomes end to end. This delivery role has a strong technical spine: you’ll surface risks early, chart realistic roadmaps, and ensure on‑time delivery with clear leadership updates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical program or project management delivering software or security programs.
• Strong technical fluency to understand architecture, integrations, APIs, and security concepts.
• Proven track record shipping complex cross-functional programs on time.
• Exceptional communication skills for senior leadership and influence without authority.
• Ability to build project charters and drive alignment on scope, owners, and success criteria.
• Persistent proactive follow-through across many teams to close commitments.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and modern delivery practices.
• Familiarity with program tracking tools like Jira/Asana.

Responsabilités

• Lead cross-team initiatives from intake through planning, execution, launch, and retrospective.
• Define scope, milestones, success metrics, and reporting.
• Establish charters with objectives, scope, stakeholders, success criteria, and decision rights.
• Lead security initiatives such as vulnerability and risk remediation, compliance and audit readiness, incident follow-ups.
• Coordinate security, engineering, and business teams to closure.
• Unblock work by following up with owners across teams to keep remediation moving.
• Create roadmaps and delivery plans across dependencies; set timelines and keep current.
• Map dependencies, identify risks, and drive resolution before schedule slips.
• Provide crisp status to leadership tailored to audience and drive alignment.
• Facilitate planning, standups, reviews, and launch readiness.
• Spot process gaps and introduce lightweight practices to raise predictability.
