Peloton seeks an experienced Technical Program Manager to drive complex cybersecurity programs across the enterprise tech landscape. You’ll translate ambiguity into plans, coordinate multi-team efforts, and own outcomes end-to-end.

The role emphasizes delivery discipline, risk management, and strong cross-functional collaboration, with a base NYC salary and comprehensive benefits. You will lead security initiatives, chartering work, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading technical programs or projects
• Strong fluency with architecture, integrations, APIs and security concepts
• Proven track record shipping complex cross-functional programs on time
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to influence senior leadership
• Skilled at building effective program charters and aligning scope, owners and success criteria
• Persistent, proactive follow-through across many teams to close commitments
• Experienced with Agile/Scrum and modern delivery practices
• Experience with program tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Asana)
• Certifications such as PMP/CISSP a plus; CIO/IT/security background preferred
• Exposure to AI/ML or agentic AI programs; hands-on engineering background a plus
• Vendor management and external delivery partnerships experience

Responsibilities

• Take large cross-team initiatives from intake to planning, execution, launch and retrospective
• Define scope, milestones, success metrics, and reporting
• Establish clear charters with objectives, scope, stakeholders and decision rights
• Lead security initiatives: vulnerability remediation, risk and compliance, incident follow-ups
• Unblock work by following up with engineering, security, product, IT and business owners
• Create roadmaps and delivery plans; sequence work and manage dependencies
• Map cross-team dependencies, identify risks and drive resolution
• Provide crisp status updates to leadership and stakeholders
• Facilitate planning, standups, reviews and launch readiness
• Spot process gaps and propose lightweight practices to improve predictability
