Qualifications

• Eight+ years of program management experience in cybersecurity software contracts.
• Proven ability to lead geographically dispersed teams and complex programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication with government customers.
• Experience with proposal development and bid management.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall responsibility for planning, coordinating, and directing program teams in support of customer missions.
• Develop on-program growth opportunities with customers, including business development and proposal management.
• Drive execution of cybersecurity program plans, ensuring meaningful mission-focused deliveries.
• Manage requirements, schedule, and cost to meet on-time, within-budget performance.
• Facilitate resolution of technical problems and manage risks and opportunities.
• Lead proposal efforts for new opportunities, including color team reviews.
• Collaborate with engineering to develop program execution roadmaps and engage customers.
