PCI Federal (PCIF) seeks a Cybersecurity Task Order Project Manager to lead a large, complex federal program at Scott Air Force Base, IL. The role focuses on contract management, enterprise IT integration, and cybersecurity governance within a hybrid work environment.

  • Strong knowledge and application of RMF.
  • PMP Certification or equivalent project management certification.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary Project Manager for a large, complex cybersecurity task order.
  • Provide overall leadership, direction, and management of all contract activities, ensuring successful execution of technical, operational, and programmatic requirements.
  • Act as the principal liaison between the Government Contracting Officer (KO), Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), government stakeholders, customer representatives, and contractor personnel.
  • Lead the planning, coordination, and implementation of cybersecurity and enterprise IT solutions while ensuring alignment with contract objectives and mission requirements.
  • Develop, manage, and maintain project schedules, deliverables, milestones, and performance metrics to ensure on-time and within-budget execution.
  • Oversee enterprise-wide integration planning and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver seamless cybersecurity operations and services.
  • Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to support mission success and regulatory compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to the RMF, NIST standards, cybersecurity policies, and federal security requirements.
  • Provide strategic guidance and leadership for cybersecurity initiatives, system authorizations, risk assessments, and continuous monitoring activities.
  • Monitor task order performance, resource allocation, staffing, and budget utilization to achieve contractual performance objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level briefings, program status reports, and recommendations to government leadership and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all contractual, security, and regulatory requirements, including clearance and personnel security obligations.
  • Support continuous process improvement initiatives and implement best practices for project management, cybersecurity governance, and risk management.

Cybersecurity Task Order Project Manager will s erve as the Project Manager for a large, complex task order. Works with the Contracting Officer (KO), Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), Government management personnel, and customer representatives. Responsible for overall management of the task order, including implementation of technical solutions, schedules, and enterprise-wide integration planning.

  • PMP Certification or equivalent project management certification.
