Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a contract-based Technical Support Specialist in Plano, TX (Hybrid) for a 12-month assignment. You will address complex post-sales concerns, applying in-depth evaluation of factors and effective communication to non-technical and technical audiences.

You will engage with multi-functional teams, perform troubleshooting at OS and app levels, and manage escalations within defined SLAs to protect customers and environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or equivalent experience.
• 0–1 years experience in security or IT support is acceptable.
• Familiarity with Windows, Linux, macOS environments and security tooling.

Responsibilities

• Respond to post-sales technical issues under SLA.
• Troubleshoot at the application and OS levels, identify faults.
• Coordinate with teams to implement fixes and document actions.
• Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams.
