Job summary

Atomus is seeking a Customer Success Manager in San Francisco to own ongoing relationships with defense and aerospace customers after go-live on the Aegis platform. You will ensure security, compliance, and success while collaborating with a Cybersecurity Engineer in a tight cross-functional pod.

You will manage a portfolio of customers, conduct quarterly compliance reviews, translate regulatory controls into business outcomes, and drive retention. Travel to client sites about once a month.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in customer success or similar role at a B2B SaaS or technology company.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; translate technical and regulatory topics clearly.
• Strong ownership, organization, and follow-through across multiple accounts and priorities.
• Comfort learning a technical, highly regulated product.
• On-site work in San Francisco full-time.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact and first line of support for a portfolio of customers' cybersecurity and compliance questions.
• Lead quarterly compliance reviews with customer leadership and drive documentation to sign-off.
• Guide customers through the NIST 800-171 and CMMC Level 2 lifecycle, translating controls into business outcomes.
• Partner with a Cybersecurity Engineer to co-own the management of customer accounts.
• Own retention and surface customer feedback to engineering and product teams to improve the Aegis platform.
• Travel to customer sites approximately once per month.
