Job summary

OPSPro is seeking a Cybersecurity Specialist to deliver NIST/CMMC compliance implementation and tier-3 support for GovCon and commercial clients. You will install, configure, and maintain cloud-based and on-prem networks, including firewalls, LAN/WAN, wireless, and servers, while supporting email and intranet systems.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in systems support and cloud infrastructure, strong problem-solving, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in computer systems support and cloud infrastructure setup.
• Hands-on experience with firewall, VPN, and Layer 3/4 switch configuration.
• Experience with Active Directory and Windows Servers.

Responsibilities

• Implement, manage, and provide tier 3 support for NIST/CMMC compliance.
• Monitor, investigate, and resolve cybersecurity incidents for GovCon and commercial clients.
• Install and maintain cloud-based and on-prem networks and applications.
• Deploy and support infrastructure (firewalls, LAN/WAN, wireless, servers).
• Provide remote and in-person technical support, incident response, and problem management.
• Prepare technical documentation and cost analyses.
