Job summary

OPSPro is seeking a Cybersecurity Specialist to deliver expert NIST/CMMC compliance implementation and tier 3 support for GovCon and commercial clients. You will install, monitor, and maintain cloud-based and on-prem networks and applications, including firewalls, LAN/WAN, and servers.

You will also deploy cloud-hosted apps (Office 365, Azure, AWS), provide incident response, and create technical documentation while collaborating with distributed teams across time zones.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in computer systems support, cloud infrastructure setup/support, network administration.
• Hands-on experience with Firewall, VPN, and Layer 3/4 Switch configuration.
• Experience with Active Directory and Windows Servers.
• Strong oral and written communication; customer-focused problem solving.
• Knowledge of NIST/CMMC compliance processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement, manage, and provide tier 3 support for NIST/CMMC compliance for GovCon and commercial clients.
• Monitor, investigate, and respond to cybersecurity incidents and events.
• Install, configure, and maintain cloud-based and on-prem networks and applications.
• Deploy and support firewalls, LAN/WAN, wireless networks, servers, and related infrastructure.
• Support corporate email and intranet applications.
• Provide remote and in-person technical support, incident response, and problem management.
• Deliver technical leadership to project teams and document procedures and studies.
