Spectrum Solutions, Inc. seeks a proactive IT Systems & Compliance Administrator to manage cloud infrastructure and drive IT policy and documentation. The role combines cloud administration with governance, policy creation, and audit readiness in a defense-focused context.

The ideal candidate collaborates across IT operations, security, and compliance, aligning with NIST 800-171 and CMMC frameworks while supporting data protection through Purview, Defender, and Sentinel.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of hands-on IT systems or cloud administration in a generalist role.
• Experience with Azure, M365, SharePoint, Intune, Exchange Online.
• Knowledge of CMMC and NIST 800-171 controls in corporate/defense environments.
• Direct experience or strong understanding of Purview, Sentinel, Defender suites.
• Ability to write clear corporate IT policies and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Manage Microsoft Cloud environments across Microsoft 365, Azure, Exchange Online, and SharePoint Online.
• Design, deploy, and enforce device governance via Intune and configuration profiles.
• Leverage Defender for endpoint protection and Sentinel for SIEM monitoring and threat detection.
• Configure secure enterprise app integrations in Azure, including SSO and Entra ID governance.
• Maintain hybrid IT health, troubleshoot backend issues, and assist with Linux server tasks.
