Job summary

Obrela Security Industries is seeking a Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to join our growing team in Athens, Greece. The SDM will oversee service delivery across managed cyber security engagements and act as the primary contact for assigned clients, ensuring a high-quality customer experience and alignment with business objectives.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in customer account or service delivery management, strong project management skills, and fluency in Greek and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or cybersecurity
• Master's degree preferred in a related field
• 3–5 years in customer account or service delivery management
• Proven project management and service delivery improvement experience
• Knowledge of cybersecurity trends, threats and best practices
• Ability to work with remote/global teams independently
• Strong collaboration across Delivery, Engineering and other teams
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
• Native Greek speaker with fluent English

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple customer accounts across diverse industries and ensure consistent service delivery.
• Understand each customer's technical and operational landscape to identify challenges and opportunities.
• Articulate the value of Obrela’s services to address client-specific needs and objectives.
• Oversee and coordinate customer onboarding activities.
• Promote services and outcomes through reports, dashboards, and reviews.
• Develop and follow operational plans aligned with client goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Collaborate with service delivery teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to internal teams.
• Maintain a positive customer experience across engagements.
