Job summary

Wipro Technologies-USA is seeking an Executive for Cybersecurity & Risk Services to drive sales and expand security solutions within the Consumer Sectors. You will focus on IAM, GRC, SOC, SIEM, and risk management while engaging CXOs and building strategic security offerings.

You will lead presales, architect customer solutions, manage regional revenue, and spearhead end-to-end bid processes with virtual teams. A strong, customer‑oriented approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience selling cybersecurity solutions to consumer sectors.
• Proven ability to lead complex security deals and multisector accounts.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across CXO levels.

• Consult on Enterprise Security Solutions Offerings.
• Manage Presales Consulting, Architect Solutions per customer demands.
• Responsible for revenue management for the allocated region/accounts.
• Create Business Development Plans for allocated sector/accounts.
• Ownership for both Farming and Hunting accounts.
• Lead large bid processes with a virtual team.
• Engage with CXOs to build the Security Business.
• Represent the team in steering committees and resolver groups.
• Transition and roll out SOC to the customer.

As an Executive for Cybersecurity & Risk Services (CRS) at Wipro Technologies-USA, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and expanding our security solutions within the dynamic landscape of Cybersecurity for the Consumer Sectors. Your primary focus will be on generating sales in the Consumer sector critical areas such as Identity Access Management (IAM), Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC), Security Operations Centers (SOC), Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), and overall risk management strategies. Your expertise will be essential in effective consulting and leading sales strategies.which are rapidly evolving and present unique challenges in the realm of enterprise security. LOCATION US

• Consult on Enterprise Security Solutions Offerings
• Manage Presales Consulting, Architect Solutions according to the customer demands
• Responsible for revenue management for the allocated region / accounts
• Create Business Development Plans for allocated sector / accounts
• Ownership for both Farming and Hunting accounts
• Work in a Virtual team to create value propositions to customers
• Own and Run Large bid processes with a virtual team
• Engage with CXOs to build the Security Business
• Represent the team in various steering committees, resolver groups and drive the entire engagement
• Work with various teams and stakeholders in the customer environment to transition and roll out the SOC to the customer
• Position, Architect and Solution blueprint customer’s IT Security requirements
• Manage Customer expectations and be responsible for CSAT
• Identify and convert new opportunities for business.
• Manage complete end-to-end Bid Management process of Security Programs for the region / accounts
• Evangelize Security Solutions and convert them into opportunities
• You will be able to demonstrate a persevering and customer-oriented approach with commercial and business acumen.

• You will have effective communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong market knowledge of Enterprise Security industry and trends.
• The successful candidate will be a self-starter and highly motivated in order to take up the challenging task of generating more business in the allocated account(s)

Job description

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from$200,000.00 to$280,000.00. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options
