Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Cybersecurity Manager in the United States (NJ area) to join our growing team. You will work directly with client stakeholders to assess cybersecurity and resilience capabilities, plan and execute engagements, and deliver actionable findings that enhance security posture and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes mentoring junior consultants, leading project teams, and providing strategic advisory across governance, risk, and compliance domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and one or more relevant professional certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA, HCISPP).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in documenting observations and results.
• Experience independently managing engagements from planning through reporting with limited oversight.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute cybersecurity and resilience assessments across technology and operational domains.
• Act as a strategic advisor to client security and risk functions to build and operationalize cybersecurity programs.
• Lead or support program execution activities, including control implementation, metrics/reporting, issue remediation, and continuous improvement.
• Mentor and supervise junior consultants and contribute to team development and knowledge sharing.
• Prepare clear documentation, reports, and deliverables independently and on schedule.
• Communicate assessment scope, findings, and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
