Job summary

Qualifications

• BA or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of cyber security or consulting experience.
• Proficiency with data analysis and visualization.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in program management and project management.
• Experience working within a Financial Services firm.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of project management principles, tools and techniques.
• Familiarity with project management software (e.g., CA PPM, MS Project).
• Knowledge of Cyber Security and Information Security concepts.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data and generate insights to support program execution and risk reporting.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting packages for oversight committees.
• Support pillar-level operational reporting and analysis (budget, headcount, contract management, training).
• Capture minutes and key takeaways for initiatives.
• Drive cross-departmental project execution and tracking.
• Create pillar-level progress reporting for major initiatives, including risks and blockers.
• Act as liaison between departments and execution teams.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement with managers.
