Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) is seeking a security-focused professional to join our IT security discipline in New Jersey. The role emphasizes access/identity management, data protection, and maintaining a strong security posture across platforms.

You will administer user systems, enforce least-privilege policies, and collaborate with global teams to meet SLAs, driving process improvements and clear reporting to leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in security administration and IAM concepts.
• Familiarity with AD, ServiceNow, RBAC, and privilege management.
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Enhance and instill a strong security posture across BBH.
• Adhere to least privileged practices in access provisioning.
• Clarify the why, what, how and impact of ISM activities.
• Administering user systems and data entitlements across platforms.
• Ensure provisioning/deprovisioning real-time and SLAs.
• Coordinate with security coordinators and data owners to verify accesses.
• Provide coverage for user requests via the ISM hotline.
• Identify process improvements and contribute to new workflows.
• Ensure procedures/controls reflect industry standards and client needs.
• Collaborate with global teams to maintain a consistent security posture.
• Present findings and recommendations to managers.
