Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) seeks a seasoned Program and Projects professional within the Protect Pillar in Systems to drive reporting, governance, and cross-functional execution for cybersecurity and data protection initiatives in a financial services environment.

Reporting to the Head of Program and Projects, you will prepare reporting packages, track risks and blockers, and liaise with department managers to support oversight committees and executive presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of Cyber Security or consulting experience.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in program management and project management.
• Experience in a Financial Services firm.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook).
• Knowledge of project management principles, tools and techniques.
• Familiarity with CA PPM and MS Project for schedules, financials and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data and generate insights to support program execution, risk reporting, and executive presentations.
• Prepare reporting packages for monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc oversight committees.
• Support pillar-level operational reporting and analysis (budget, headcount, contract management, training).
• Record minutes and key takeaways for select initiatives.
• Drive cross-departmental projects and track execution.
• Create pillar-level reporting on progress, risks, dependencies and blockers.
• Act as liaison between departments and execution teams.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement with department managers.
