Job summary

EnDyna is seeking a Cybersecurity Technical Project Manager to lead technical delivery for the U.S. Senate Office of the Sergeant at Arms. The onsite role in McLean, VA focuses on planning cybersecurity activities, aligning stakeholders, and supporting security architecture and compliance.

You will manage workstreams, communicate across technical and nontechnical audiences, and drive remediation and verification while coordinating with enterprise tooling like ServiceNow and monitoring platforms.

Qualifications

• Secret security clearance (maintained throughout performance).
• Experience leading cybersecurity projects or technical workstreams with planning and delivery oversight.
• Substantive cybersecurity experience to evaluate findings and guide actions.
• Knowledge of vulnerability management, security operations, incident response, security architecture, and risk-management.
• Experience producing clear technical documentation, management reports, and presentations for government or sensitive organizations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and teams while maintaining schedules and quality.
• Strong written and verbal communication with discretion handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity work planning, task execution, and delivery with schedules, staffing, dependencies, risks, quality reviews, and status reporting.
• Serve as a primary coordination point for government stakeholders and technical teams; translate issues for technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Coordinate across vulnerability management, security assessments, threat intelligence, security operations, incident response, and cybersecurity engineering.
• Guide security architecture, risk-management practices, and controls using NIST CSF, RMF, and Zero Trust.
• Track assessment and penetration testing findings through remediation coordination and verification with clear ownership.
• Support integration of cybersecurity workflows with enterprise tools, including ServiceNow, security monitoring, EDR, and incident-management platforms.
• Develop and review work plans, technical reports, procedures, briefings, performance measures, and executive updates.
• Coordinate requirements across system owners and service providers while protecting sensitive information and minimizing disruption.
• Coordinate compliance reviews and supply-chain risk activities, training and knowledge transfer.
