Job summary

EnDyna Inc. is seeking a cybersecurity professional with project-management experience to lead technical delivery and coordinate a multidisciplinary team for anticipated support to the U.S.

Senate Office of the Sergeant at Arms. The successful candidate will translate security needs into work plans, guide technical specialists, track risks and deliverables, and help protect sensitive systems while maintaining mission continuity.

Qualifications

• Minimum Secret security clearance, maintained throughout performance.
• Demonstrated experience leading cybersecurity projects or technical workstreams.
• Substantive cybersecurity experience to evaluate findings and guide specialists.
• Working knowledge of vulnerability management, security operations, incident response, security architecture, risk-management.
• Experience producing clear technical documentation and government-facing reports.
• Ability to coordinate multiple priorities and contributors while maintaining schedules and quality.
• Strong written and verbal communication and discretion with sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity work planning, task execution, and delivery with schedules and risk management.
• Coordinate with government stakeholders, technical teams, and partners; communicate issues clearly to diverse audiences.
• Coordinate across vulnerability management, security assessments, threat intelligence, SOC, IR, and cybersecurity engineering.
• Guide implementation of security architecture and RMF/NIST CSF, Zero Trust concepts as applicable.
• Track findings from assessments and pen-testing, prioritize remediation, and verify completion.
• Integrate cybersecurity workflows with enterprise tools like ServiceNow and security monitoring platforms.
• Develop and review work plans, reports, procedures, and executive updates.
• Coordinate requirements across system owners and providers; protect sensitive information and minimize disruption.
• Coordinate compliance reviews, supply-chain risk activities, and knowledge transfer.
