LTIMindtree is seeking a Cybersecurity Program Manager in Houston, TX to act as the primary cybersecurity leader working with the CISO and business stakeholders to drive strategy, governance, risk management, compliance, and program execution.

The role focuses on delivering security initiatives, managing budgets and vendors, and serving as a bridge between executives and delivery teams to ensure aligned risk posture and security outcomes.

Qualifications

• Requires strong leadership in cybersecurity program governance and execution.
• Proven ability to manage enterprise security programs and budgets.
• Excellent communication with C-suite and business stakeholders.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or PMP are preferred.

Job Title: Cybersecurity Program Manager

Location: Houston, TX

Job Description

Serve as the primary cybersecurity leader working closely with the CISO, business stakeholders, and security teams to drive cybersecurity strategy, governance, risk management, compliance, and security program execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute cybersecurity strategy and roadmap initiatives.


• Lead governance, risk, compliance, and security transformation programs.


• Manage cybersecurity projects, budgets, vendors, and resources.


• Act as the key liaison between the CISO, business leaders, and delivery teams.


• Drive stakeholder engagement, executive reporting, and decision-making.


• Monitor service performance, risks, and remediation activities.


• Ensure alignment with regulatory and security standards.

Required Experience

• 10+ years in Cybersecurity, Risk, or IT Security.


• Proven experience managing enterprise security program / operations.


• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.


• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or PMP preferred.

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
