Job summary

Everforth ECS in the National Capital Region (NCR) seeks a Technical Project Manager to lead enterprise cybersecurity programs for a federal civilian agency. You will manage the full IT project lifecycle with agile practices, coordinate across SOC, CDM, CI/CD teams, and ensure alignment with security and compliance requirements.

Qualified candidates have 7+ years in IT project management, U.S. citizenship, active PMP, and the ability to obtain public trust clearance.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• 7+ years of IT project management experience.
• Active PMP certification mandatory.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance.
• Strong knowledge of IAM and AWS GovCloud.
• Experience with ITIL Foundation and agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full life cycle of IT projects from planning to implementation.
• Determine project needs and secure required resources.
• Design project plans with scope, milestones and budgets.
• Apply Agile methods to initiate, plan, execute, monitor and close projects.
• Oversee day-to-day execution across SOC, CDM, CI/CD and engineering teams.
• Lead Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos.
• Develop and maintain project documentation (charters, requirements, plans).
• Track milestones, risks and deliverables across teams.
• Coordinate with federal stakeholders to align with business goals and compliance.
• Present status, risks and recommendations to technical and government leaders.
